Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How to Cancel

Email us at info@costumegoodies.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may also use the model cancellation form below.

Returning Goods

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Return postage is at your expense unless the goods are faulty. Please ensure goods are securely packaged — we recommend using tracked postage.

Refund

We will refund the full order value (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
